Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ListSieve (the “Service”), operated by ListSieve, a sole proprietorship (“we”, “us”). Contact us at support@listsieve.com.

1. The Service

The Service estimates whether email addresses are likely to accept mail. Results are probabilistic and provided “as is”; we do not guarantee deliverability.

2. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping API keys secret and for all usage under your keys.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. ListSieve is the seller. Pay-as-you-go credits are prepaid. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Applicable sales taxes are the customer’s responsibility where required.

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used credits and subscription periods that have already started are non-refundable, except where required by law. To request a refund, email support@listsieve.com.

5. Data

See the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have a lawful basis to process the addresses you submit.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
